Data Deletion Request

Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws

We take data privacy seriously. You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Because GetXMP does not store uploaded images (they are processed in-memory and discarded), a deletion request applies to:

  • Your email address (if you subscribed via Stripe)
  • Your Stripe customer record (we will request deletion from Stripe on your behalf)
  • Any analytics data associated with your session (where technically possible)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email. For Stripe-held data, deletion timelines are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
